Amanda Koch has been a Orono resident for over 20 years. Amanda grew up in Orono and spent much of her time playing softball and basketball. She currently resides with her husband Dexton and their fur kids.  For fun Amanda loves to coach high school softball and shop. Man does she love a good deal!  She also enjoys helping and watching her husband race dirt Super stocks at the local tracks like Princeton, Granite City Speedway and Ogilvie.

Amanda developed her unique skillset at an early age. Her parents suggested she join Girl Scouts where she learned the importance of customer service: which she has continued throughout her life. Growing up, Amanda, could always be found at the softball field. Amanda played at the elite level for over 12 years and even played at the collegiate D2 level for Concordia St. Paul. She received her B.S in Biology and Exercise Science along with a coaching certificate. Amanda then found her love for transportation and logistics. She worked for Anderson Truck Service in Sales for 6 years after graduating from college. While working at Anderson she went back to school to get her A.S in Business Marketing & Managment.

Amanda has always had an interest in real estate. She finally took the leap to get licensed after shadowing another agent with Coldwell. It was then she knew she was home. She decided it was time to exit the world of transportation and focus on building a business of her own within real estate.

Racing and competitiveness have been in her blood long before real estate so, when Amanda represents you her number one goal is to help you cross the finish line stress free! That includes helping you navigate through the real estate process, educate you and create clarity about each portion of the transaction and ultimately getting your property bought or sold! So, if you have something you'd like to buy or sell, you can count on her to get you to the checkered flag!
